Redis will automatically identify the other nodes based on the IP and port specified in the command, and prompt you to confirm the formation of the cluster. When prompted, enter ‘yes’.

$ redis-cli -c -h x.x.x.x -p 6379

Here, x.x.x.x is the IP address of the Redis node.

OK

y.y.y.y:6379>get foo
