ORA-31532: cannot enable change source string
Cause: The change source cannot be enabled when there is no change table created in any of the change sets associated with the change source.
Action: Add a change table to a change set before enabling the the change source.

正常处理方法及步骤
1.查看dba_credentials表中是否存在用户的凭据，如果不存在，请添加相关凭据。
SQL> desc dba_credentials;
2.使用orapwd文件，添加要连接的用户。
orapwd file= entries= password= force=y
3.重新尝试使用goldengate报告错误的用户，查看是否已解决ORA-31532错误。
