2. 在CMD中启动SQLPLUS；用sqlplus/as sysdba登录，Oracle如何解锁用户提示

3. 执行ALTER USER DBSNMP ACCOUNT UNLOCK；

4. 从新用SQL/PLUS登录，设置用户名、密码；

注：由于刚才解锁的用户名是DBSNMP，所以这里设置的用户名也是DBSNMP
